Brandi Rivera joined Key Escrow in 2017 and serves as Branch Manager and Senior Escrow Officer located in our Newport Beach office. She began her career in the escrow and title industry in 1998, and quickly developed a passion for escrow that remains as strong as ever today.

By working on a wide range of escrow transactions throughout California, she continues to expand her expertise in many facets of escrow. She offers highly specialized knowledge in Residential Resale, REO and Short Sale real estate transactions along with experience in Commercial and 1031 Exchange Escrow transactions. She is currently a member of the Orange County Escrow Association and stays actively involved in her surrounding communities, allowing her to keep her finger on the pulse of any and all developments that will affect your clients.

In protecting your clients’ funds and their personal information as a neutral third party, Brandi approaches her work with great responsibility and pride. She makes it a priority to keep herself informed with the most up-to-date knowledge required in today’s market, while offering an excellent customer service experience in every transaction.
